• Agreement of the construction concept with the investor.
  • Visualization of the investment.
  • Obtaining of the required formal decisions, conduct of the administrative-legal proceedings (e.g. obtaining of the basic maps, maps for design purposes, decisions on the development conditions, environmental opinions).
  • Preparation of the building permit design together with the opinions of experts.
  • Obtaining the approval of the building permit design and the building permit.
  • Preparation of the secondary building design (if needed) according to the constriction law.
  • Preparation of the detailed engineering designs for all trades (land development, architecture, roads, sanitary networks and installations, water and sewage systems, HVAC, electric and power systems, fire protection systems (fire and voice alarm & sprinkler systems), IT infrastructure.
  • Performing the author’s supervision.
